Remove trailing semicolons from do..while wrappers.

- Remove trailing semicolons from ERR_FAIL_INDEX macros.
- Remove trailing semicolons from ERR_FAIL_UNSIGNED_INDEX macros.
- Remove trailing semicolons from CRASH_BAD_INDEX macros.
