OSX: Pass -mmacosx-version-min=11.0
instead of 11.00
Both are recognized by Xcode and equivalent, but osxcross issues a warning for the latter: ``` osxcross: warning: '-mmacosx-version-min=' (11.0.0 != 11.00) ```
