FIX: Return if TCP is in STATUS_CONNECTED

If the `StreamPeerTCP` is polled and the TCP connection is `STATUS_CONNECTED` it should return after polling netsocket. Without `return` poll keeps calling `_sock->connect_to_host` and `connect()`.
