One Copyright Update to rule them all
As many open source projects have started doing it, we're removing the
current year from the copyright notice, so that we don't need to bump
it every year.

It seems like only the first year of publication is technically
relevant for copyright notices, and even that seems to be something
that many companies stopped listing altogether (in a version controlled
codebase, the commits are a much better source of date of publication
than a hardcoded copyright statement).

We also now list Godot Engine contributors first as we're collectively
the current maintainers of the project, and we clarify that the
"exclusive" copyright of the co-founders covers the timespan before
opensourcing (their further contributions are included as part of Godot
Engine contributors).

Also fixed "cf." Frenchism - it's meant as "refer to / see".

Riteo f6397bffb1 Regenerate GL loader code with GLAD 2
GLAD 1 creates unusable loaders for EGL, while the newly released GLAD 2
does not, so for consistency I thought that it would be a good idea to
uniform things beforehand. While it had some API changes some renames
were all that was needed and everything works like before, at least on
the Wayland branch.

I've kept the structure identical, although this new generator has quite
a few hefty features, such as a single header mode.

I've also added GLAD to `thirdparty/README.md`, but I haven't specified
that in the commit title because it's a very small "fix".

Update copyright statements to 2021
Happy new year to the wonderful Godot community!

2020 has been a tough year for most of us personally, but a good year for
Godot development nonetheless with a huge amount of work done towards Godot
4.0 and great improvements backported to the long-lived 3.2 branch.

We've had close to 400 contributors to engine code this year, authoring near
7,000 commit! (And that's only for the `master` branch and for the engine code,
there's a lot more when counting docs, demos and other first-party repos.)

Here's to a great year 2021 for all Godot users 🎆

Linux/BSD: Fix support for NetBSD
Add __NetBSD__ to `platform_config.h` so that it can find `alloca`
and use the proper `pthread_setname_np` format.

Rename RANDOM_MAX to avoid conflict with NetBSD stdlib.

Fixes #42145.

Rémi Verschelde 33b2070d2e Remove obsolete GLES2 backend code
This code currently isn't compiled (and cannot compile).

We plan to re-add OpenGL ES-based renderer(s) in Godot 4.0 alongside Vulkan
(probably ES 3.0, possibly also a low-end ES 2.0), but the code will be quite
different so it's not relevant to keep this old Godot 3.2 code.

The `drivers/gles2` code from the `3.2` branch can be used as a reference for
a potential new implementation.
