And fix typo in `methods.py` for `vsproj=yes` option (still won't work
though).

Fix key mapping changes when moving from macOS to other platform
...
Removes separate `Command` key (use `Meta` instead).
Adds an event flag to automatically remap `Command` <-> `Control` (cannot be set alongside `Control` or `Meta`).

Add unit tests for Shortcut

Next to that, add entry for the test file in test_main.cpp.
These test cases test the basic functionality of the shortcut module.
