One Copyright Update to rule them all
As many open source projects have started doing it, we're removing the
current year from the copyright notice, so that we don't need to bump
it every year.

It seems like only the first year of publication is technically
relevant for copyright notices, and even that seems to be something
that many companies stopped listing altogether (in a version controlled
codebase, the commits are a much better source of date of publication
than a hardcoded copyright statement).

We also now list Godot Engine contributors first as we're collectively
the current maintainers of the project, and we clarify that the
"exclusive" copyright of the co-founders covers the timespan before
opensourcing (their further contributions are included as part of Godot
Engine contributors).

Also fixed "cf." Frenchism - it's meant as "refer to / see".

Pawel Lampe 3035b9c44c Fix navmesh baking, fixes #57148
- improved mesh data calculation from standalone static colliders so that no
  VisualServer calls are performed - and thus no VS mutexes need to
  be locked in case of on-thread baking
- improved the same for GridMap's static colliders

Pawel Lampe 4d8e6fdd2d Fix transforms involved into navmesh baking
fixes #57231, fixes #57421

Within the context of parsing navigation geometry, this commit:
- added missing transform of `MultiMeshInstance`
- changed all transforms to global ones so that they don't need to be
  calculated by hand

Backport NavigationServer with RVO2 to `3.x`
Change the entire navigation system.
Remove editor prefix from nav mesh generator class. It is now used for baking
at runtime as well.
Navigation supports obstacle avoidance now with the RVO2 library.
Nav system will also automatically link all nav meshes together to form one
overall complete nav map.
