Brandon DeRosier 1f4a214987 Correct spot light size conversion in Blender exporter.
The collada falloff angle is the angle from the center of the spot
light projection, whereas Blender's point light size is the angle from
one side to the opposite, meaning it's twice as much.

- Also updated the docs to reflect this.
- Added some vim temp files to gitignore
- Changed NaCL to be consistent with the other OS_Unix::get_date implementation
   (added 1 to month to map to 1-12)

Rémi Verschelde 533b9b7342 Add stop and delete buttons to sample library
Based on the work by @rdcklinux in #3339.
The play button becomes a stop button while playing.
A delete button is added in the last column.
