[Complex Text Layouts] Refactor Font class, default themes and controls to use Text Server interface. 
Implement interface mirroring.
Add TextLine and TextParagraph classes.
Handle UTF-16 input on macOS and Windows.

reduz 127458ed17 Reorganized core/ directory, it was too fatty already 
-Removed FuncRef, since Callable makes it obsolete
-Removed int_types.h as its obsolete in c++11+
-Changed color names code
