Useful for everybody wanting to package godot.
Fixes #1026.

-> Retain the old behaviour: path in error msg only when exporting.
-> User templates override system templates

George Marques fc0c4c6175 Remove Opus extra includes
Remove the extra directories to include that were needed by the Opus
library. Now the lib includes more specific paths to avoid those.

The previous "subscene" concept is also renamed to "new scene", as those subscene are just like regular scenes.
