Erase iCloud store from Settings ( #675 )

Also, fix SwiftUI not refreshing when remote profiles are updated. There
was no objectWillChange nor Published around
ProfileManager.allRemoteProfiles, and ProfileRowView was not treating it
as ObservedObject.
