This commits makes the following high-level changes: * 'ShutdownHandle' is renamed to 'Shutdown'. * 'Rocket::shutdown_handle()' is renamed to 'Rocket::shutdown()'. * '#[launch]` is preferred to '#[rocket::launch]'. * Various docs phrasings are improved. * Fixed various broken links in docs.
