This has the following nice benefits: * The 'JsonValue' wrapper type is gone. * 'Local{Request, Response}' natively support JSON/MessagePack. * The 'json' and 'msgpack' limits are officially recognized. * Soon, Rocket application will not require an explicit 'serde' dep.
