Implement missing WinRT functions

- Fix buildsystem for WinRT/UWP platform.
- Add audio driver and joystick mapping for WinRT.
- Enable thread class for WinRT.
- Refactor MSVC compiler architecture detection to methods.py, so it can
  be used by Windows and WinRT.
