Rémi Verschelde 0ee0fa42e6 Style: Enforce braces around if blocks and loops
Using clang-tidy's `readability-braces-around-statements`.

Rémi Verschelde 07bc4e2f96 Style: Enforce separation line between function definitions
I couldn't find a tool that enforces it, so I went the manual route:
```
find -name "thirdparty" -prune \
  -o -name "*.cpp" -o -name "*.h" -o -name "*.m" -o -name "*.mm" \
  -o -name "*.glsl" > files
perl -0777 -pi -e 's/\n}\n([^#])/\n}\n\n\1/g' $(cat files)
misc/scripts/fix_style.sh -c
```

This adds a newline after all `}` on the first column, unless they
are followed by `#` (typically `#endif`). This leads to having lots
of places with two lines between function/class definitions, but
clang-format then fixes it as we enforce max one line of separation.

This doesn't fix potential occurrences of function definitions which
are indented (e.g. for a helper class defined in a .cpp), but it's
better than nothing. Also can't be made to run easily on CI/hooks so
we'll have to be careful with new code.

Part of #33027.

Rémi Verschelde 0be6d925dc Style: clang-format: Disable KeepEmptyLinesAtTheStartOfBlocks
Which means that reduz' beloved style which we all became used to
will now be changed automatically to remove the first empty line.

This makes us lean closer to 1TBS (the one true brace style) instead
of hybridating it with some Allman-inspired spacing.

There's still the case of braces around single-statement blocks that
needs to be addressed (but clang-format can't help with that, but
clang-tidy may if we agree about it).

Part of #33027.

Remove now unnecessary bindings of signal callbacks in the public API.
There might be some false positives that need rebinding if they were
meant to be public.

No regular expressions were harmed in the making of this commit.

Rémi Verschelde bfd5e09879 Range: Fix cases where max was set to or below min value
It will now raise an error whenever this happens so that we can fix
these situations. `max == min` is not allowed as it could lead to
divisions by zero in ratios, and `max < min` doesn't make much sense.

Fixes #33907.

Ruslan Mustakov dcf5be92a3 Make BaseButton not emit press when container is scrolled
This fixes the problem described in #13996 in a proper way.

This also adds "deadzone" property to ScrollContainer. It can be used
on mobile, where taps are not as precise as mouse clicks. Player could
slightly move their finger when tapping, in which case we still want
the button to be pressed rather than the container to be scrolled.

Hein-Pieter van Braam cacced7e50 Convert Object::cast_to() to the static version
Currently we rely on some undefined behavior when Object->cast_to() gets
called with a Null pointer. This used to work fine with GCC < 6 but
newer versions of GCC remove all codepaths in which the this pointer is
Null. However, the non-static cast_to() was supposed to be null safe.

This patch makes cast_to() Null safe and removes the now redundant Null
checks where they existed.

It is explained in this article: https://www.viva64.com/en/b/0226/
