This licence grants you the rights, and only the rights, set out below, to access the code. If you take advantage of these rights, you accept this licence. If you do not accept the licence, do not access the code.

Grant of Rights

1. Use: You may use this software for personal, individual, non-commercial uses only.

2. Access
   This software may be accessed and viewed by natural persons for informational and personal purposes only.

3. Modification: You may modify this software for the purposes of submitting a patch or contribution.

Restrictions

1. Human Access Only
   Access to and use of this software is granted solely to natural persons acting in an individual capacity. Any access, retrieval, or use by automated systems, including but not limited to bots, crawlers, scrapers, or machine agents, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

2. Prohibition on Machine Use
   This software may not be used, directly or indirectly, for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, evaluating, or improving any machine learning or artificial intelligence systems, including but not limited to large language models.

3. No Dataset Inclusion
   You may not copy, reproduce, or include this software in any dataset, corpus, or collection intended for computational processing, analysis, or automated reuse.

4. No Automated Processing
   You may not subject this software to automated analysis, indexing, or transformation at scale, including static analysis pipelines, code intelligence systems, or retrieval systems.

5. No Indirect Use
   You may not circumvent these restrictions through third-party services, proxies, or intermediaries.

6. Termination
   Any violation of these restrictions immediately terminates all rights granted under this license.

7. Reservation of Rights
   All rights not expressly granted are reserved. No implied licenses are granted under this agreement.

Contributor License Agreement

Contributions submitted must be accompanied by the following:

• Grant of Copyright License: You grant a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute your contributions and derivative works.

• Grant of Patent License: You grant a perpetual, worldwide, non- exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the contributions, where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable by you that are necessarily infringed by your contributions alone or by combination of your contributions with the work to which such contributions was submitted.

• You are legally entitled to grant the above licenses.

Alternative Licensing

The author may offer alternative licensing terms, including licenses that permit commercial use, automated processing, or machine learning applications.

Any use not expressly permitted under this license requires a separate written agreement with the author.
