Haoyu Qiu e5c321448e Create AudioStreamPlayer when dropping AudioStream
- Create AudioStreamPlayer if dropped in between nodes in the Scene dock
- Create AudioStreamPlayer2D if dropped into 2D editor
- Create AudioStreamPlayer3D if dropped into 3D editor

Replace `find` with `contains/has` where applicable
* Replaces `find(...) != -1` with `contains` for `String`
* Replaces `find(...) == -1` with `!contains` for `String`
* Replaces `find(...) != -1` with `has` for containers
* Replaces `find(...) == -1` with `!has` for containers

A Thousand Ships 955d5affa8
Reduce and prevent unnecessary random-access to `List`
Random-access access to `List` when iterating is `O(n^2)` (`O(n)` when
accessing a single element)

* Removed subscript operator, in favor of a more explicit `get`
* Added conversion from `Iterator` to `ConstIterator`
* Remade existing operations into other solutions when applicable

Yuri Sizov 95b27fe8c7 Reorganize code related to editor theming
This change introduces a new EditorThemeManager class
to abstract theme generatio and its subroutines.

Logic related to EditorTheme, EditorColorMap, and editor
icons has been extracted into their respective files with
includes cleaned up.

All related files have been moved to a separate folder to
better scope them in the project. This includes relevant
generated files as well.

Fix behavior of 'Editable Children' toggle.
Prevents losing nodes owned by the edited scene when
toggling editable_children off on an instanced scene,
and makes the toggle compatible with undo-redo.
