At least on Windows there seems to be issues if
the solution has no BOM and contains a project
with cyrillic chars.

Ignacio Etcheverry ac471ff563 C#: Fix endless reload loop if project has unicode chars
The assembly modified time wasn't picked properly
as the path was treated as latin-1, so the file
watcher was constantly firing the event.

PouleyKetchoupp 5c63dec36e Fix LineEdit not consuming enter events
LineEdit should not return early when processing KEY_ENTER, so it can
consume the event properly.

Regression introduced by mistake while fixing enter events for Android
(PR #40487 - c0b394572f)
