Malcolm Nixon bf7cdc5229 Fix memory corruption and assert failures in convex decomposition
This PR fixes how triangular faces are decomposed into vertices and indices. The pre-increment resulted in the indices table skipping entry 0 and potentially overrunning the end of the vertices vector.

AnimationMixer: Validate ObjectID before blend in case the object was freed
Works around #85365, but it's likely only a partial fix.
The proper fix would be to remove the Object pointer from the TrackCache
and always go back to the ObjectID before doing operations like this.

Markus Sauermann fa02d19fd1 Fix internal events not being delivered to some Window types
`AcceptDialog`, `Popup` and `PopupMenu` no longer subscribe to
"window_input" signal, because that is only sent if it is not an
internal signal.

Instead they receive events in `_input_from_window`. They ensure that
the event is also propagated to their super-function, just like
previously the signals would be treated.

coumcashier 1533292f09 Fix storing invalid item height values in `ItemList`
The height of the last N items is incorrectly overwritten with
the max height of first row (N = number of columns). This happen
in the first iteration of the while loop. Moving this code inside
if (all_fit) makes sure the last rows height is only updated at
the end when max height (max_h) is calculated for the last row.

kit d24d73ba31 Make mouse-enter/exit notifications match mouse event propagation
`NOTIFICATION_MOUSE_ENTER` and `NOTIFICATION_MOUSE_EXIT` now includes
the areas of children control nodes if the mouse filters allow it.

In order to check if a Control node itself was entered/exited, the newly
introduced `NOTIFICATION_MOUSE_ENTER_SELF` and
`NOTIFICATION_MOUSE_EXIT_SELF` can be used.

Now we ensure tangents are always used. This greatly simplifies our compression code at the cost of a small amount of bandwidth

Arseny Kapoulkine c5f73a1783 Update thirdparty/meshoptimizer to v0.20
Note: this change completely overwrites the meshoptimizer library source
(from git SHA c21d3be6ddf627f8ca852ba4b6db9903b0557858)
without including any patches; a distance error metric patch is still
needed and will be reapplied in the next commit.

Enables zooming using pan + ctrl on macOS trackpads / Magic Mouse.
Windows and Linux don't emit pan gesture events, so shouldn't be
affected. Not tested on Android.

    but trim characters after the first one.

Eoin O'Neill f17a569ccf Fix bug where TileMap will not update material correct on assignment
This seemed to be a simple case of a missing condition in an if
statement with a few different flags. I'm not super familiar with the
tilemap code but hopefully this is the correct place to add this check.

风青山 30904ed3bc Fix cannot update remote after disabling `use_global_coordinates` in `RemoteTransform2D`
Due to the optimization in `CanvasItem`, `global_transform` is only
updated when `get_global_transform()` is called, and then notify
`NOTIFICATION_TRANSFORM_CHANGED`. That is, in the case where
`global_transform` is not obtained, the notification will not be sent.

So we use `NOTIFICATION_LOCAL_TRANSFORM_CHANGED` in this case. Use in
combination to prevent certain optimizations.

Same change for `RemoteTransform3D`, to prevent the same optimization
from being used in `Node3D` in the future.

Dario a9a197d2dc Rewrite the GPU Lightmapper's indirect lighting logic to match Godot 3.5's CPU Lightmapper.
Port over the logic from Godot 3.5 for indirect lighting. This should fix many issues about indirect bounces causing more energy and improve the overall quality of the result.

clayjohn 51ed3aef63 Vertex and attribute compression to reduce the size of the vertex format.
This allows Godot to automatically compress meshes to save a lot of bandwidth.

In general, this requires no interaction from the user and should result in
no noticable quality loss.

This scheme is not backwards compatible, so we have provided an upgrade
mechanism, and a mesh versioning mechanism.

Existing meshes can still be used as a result, but users can get a
performance boost by reimporting assets.

I implemented a new `EditorAssetLibraryItem::clamp_width` method that
checks that the title text is not longer than the column width minus
some padding and truncates it if it is.

I also noticed that the nav buttons for paginated results were causing the UI to extend past
the screen width on higher editor scales since they were hardcoded to
show ten page buttons if there were enough results. I modified the
pagination slightly to display a dynamic number of nav buttons based on
the editor scale in order to fix this other cause of the same problem.

I had to use the font of the `title`, which is a `LinkButton` in order
to determine the text width, so I added a public getter `get_button_font` to the `LinkButton` class.

This adds binds for GraphEdit/GraphElement/GraphNode, which were
skipped before due to a rework. This also adds binds for Window,
which was skipped before due to a complicated code organization.

Also adds theme cache entries/direct cache access to a few places
that previously missed it. Some theme properties are now exposed
to other classes via friendships or public getters for convenience.

This removes all string-based theme access from scene/ classes.

Yuri Sizov d8ff69d53c Extract ScriptInstance to simplify includes
This allows to include script_instance.h directly in the
generated gdvirtual.gen.inc, and remove excessive includes
from the codebase.

This should also allow Resource to use GDVIRTUAL macros,
which wasn't possible previously due to a circular dependency.

Yuri Sizov 512182f147 Add theme contexts to various parts of the editor
This change defines additional theme contexts for editor
branches to prevent theme leaking between the default
theme, the project theme, and the editor theme.

- Both editor window and EditorNode define an editor-specific
context with the editor theme and the default theme.
- The 2D viewport defines a project-specific context with
the project theme and the default theme.
- Theme editor preview tabs define the default-only context
with the default theme.

Additionally, the default theme context now only includes
the project theme for running projects (both export and debug).
This prevents the project theme from leaking into the editor.

This commit also does a little clean up on the theming aspects
of the EditorNode.

Yuri Sizov 58126e479c Introduce the concept of global theme contexts
This commit adds the default theme context, which replaces
the need to manually check the project and the default theme
all the time; simplifies related code.

It also adds framework for custom theme contexts, to be used
by the editor. Custom contexts can be attached to any node,
and not necessarily a GUI/Window node. Contexts do no break
theme inheritance and only define which global themes a node
uses as a fallback.

Contexts propagate NOTIFICATION_THEME_CHANGED when one of their
global themes changes. This ensures that global themes act just
like themes assigned to individual nodes and can be previewed
live in the editor.

Markus Sauermann 7f317ef1bf Remove `CanvasItem::_invalidate_global_transform`
The only use of that function can be replaced by `_notify_transform`,
which makes the `propagate_call` unnecessary.
As far as I can tell, the `data.blocked`-checks of `propagate_call`
are not needed in this case, because `_invalidate_global_transform`
causes no user-noticeable changes.
